How to request data deletion
Set the support email below and ensure requests reach an administrator who can delete data from databases, backups, and processors before submitting the app for review.
How to submit a request
Email the support address from the email associated with your account with the subject “Digital GalaxAI Data Deletion Request”. Include your business name, connected account, and the data you want deleted. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
We will verify the requester’s identity and authority, review associated data, and complete deletion or explain any data that must be retained by law. We will acknowledge the request and follow up when processing is complete.

What may be deleted?
- Profile and business information stored in the platform.
- Stored review copies, reply drafts, and notification records that are no longer required.
- Connection and authorization records, with tokens or permissions revoked where supported by the provider.
