Complete the operator name, pricing, service levels, support terms, and governing law before adopting these terms with clients.
1. Acceptance
By using Digital GalaxAI, the client accepts these terms, the Privacy Policy, and any separate service agreement. A client who is not authorized to manage connected accounts must not use them through the platform.
2. Authorization and third-party accounts
The client grants required permissions through official authorization flows and remains responsible for permission accuracy and compliance with Google, Meta, and other providers’ terms. Digital GalaxAI does not ask for external account passwords.
3. Replies and AI
AI-generated replies are assistance, not guaranteed facts. The client determines whether replies require review and approval before publishing and remains responsible for final content and actions authorized through the platform.
4. Acceptable use
The service must not be used to send unsolicited, deceptive, unlawful, or provider-policy-violating messages. The client must obtain required permissions to use people’s data and send messages to them.
5. Plans, fees, and suspension
Fees, usage limits, and support are defined in a quote or separate agreement. Service may be suspended for misuse, revoked authorization, security risk, or violation of provider terms.
6. Service limitations and liability
Some features rely on Google, Meta, and other third-party APIs, which may change, become unavailable, or be subject to limits and review. The final service agreement must define liability, warranties, and governing law.
