Stay close to important reviews
WhatsApp notifications are intended to deliver a concise alert to the person authorized by the business to receive it. An alert may indicate a new review or an item that needs attention, with a link back to the workspace when available.
What an alert may contain
- The business or location associated with the review.
- The star rating and review date.
- An appropriate excerpt of the comment where permitted.
- A note that a suggested reply is awaiting review.
Required setup
- Connect a WhatsApp Business account owned or authorized by the business.
- Configure the sending phone number and approved API/webhook flow.
- Use approved message templates when required by Meta policy.
- Record recipient consent and respect communication preferences.
Current availability
WhatsApp sending is not activated by this theme. It requires Meta authorization, a production account and number, approved templates, and a backend integration. A page or button does not mean messages are being sent.
