Different feedback deserves different context
Operational rules can be designed around a star rating or selected phrases in a review. For example, a one-star review may need a faster alert and manager review, while positive feedback may follow a standard thank-you workflow.
Examples of possible rules
- Low rating: mark as priority and notify an authorized team member.
- Mid-range rating: add the review to the normal follow-up queue.
- High rating: prepare an appropriate thank-you draft.
- Sensitive wording: route the case to a human instead of an automated reply.
Configurable control
The business owner should define rating thresholds, escalation rules, and response tone. Rules should be tested with sample data before activation, with decisions recorded and manual override available.
What is required
Production automation requires a workflow engine or backend, an authorized review source, and notification setup. This page explains the planned capability; it does not create live automation rules.
